The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Benefits hereby provides notice of its intent to amend the Medicaid State Plan reimbursement methodology to reflect the revisions to the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) clinical coverage policy that align with the 2013 American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria.
