The Purchasing Department serves all County departments by procuring the necessary materials, supplies, equipment and services which offer the best quality, performance and overall best value to enable staff to achieve their mission and effectively deliver services to the residents.
It is the responsibility of the Purchasing Department to ensure that procurement activity is conducted in compliance with North Carolina Statutes and Federal laws and regulations.
